Job summary

Stinson LLP seeks an eDiscovery and Practice Support Analyst in New York to provide technical support for processing data requests, including database creation, data imports/exports, image management, and troubleshooting of load files. The role handles DeNisting, DeDuping, Culling, and Filtering of ESI across our eDiscovery tools and performs QA on final productions.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (technology or legal studies) with at least 4 years of legal/litigation support

Qualifications

Associate degree required, preferably in technology and/or legal studies (paralegal or litigation support certification acceptable).
Minimum of 4 years legal experience with a law firm or litigation support experience with a vendor.
Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
Experience processing data with knowledge of Relativity.

Responsibilities

Data Management and Archiving (85%): Manage litigation databases and network drives, including creation, updating, and tracking; Import/Export data; Troubleshoot load files; Monitor and manage firm hosting storage for Relativity workspaces; Archive Relativity databases.
Quality Assurance (5%): Perform quality control checks for finalized productions and QA analysis on new databases.
General and Administrative (10%): Analyze and test new/updated eDiscovery software; ensure data and records are organized and accessible; diary and report client-related time; back up when needed; perform other duties.
