Job summary

Stinson LLP seeks an eDiscovery and Practice Support Analyst to provide technical support for processing data requests, database creation, imports/exports, image management, and Relativity tooling. The role emphasizes QA on productions, archiving Relativity databases, and assisting with software testing while keeping data organized and accessible for matters.

A related associate degree and 4+ years of legal support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in technology or legal support; paralegal or litigation support certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience in a law firm or with a vendor.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office; experience with Relativity.
• Experience with data processing and Relativity workflows; familiarity with data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Data management and archiving of litigation databases and network drives.
• Import/export data and troubleshoot load files.
• Quality assurance on finalized productions and new databases.
• Analyze and test eDiscovery software and maintain organized data for clients.
• Diary and report client-related time; assist when needed.
