Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking an Edifecs Platform Operations Lead for a remote position within the Veterans Affairs department. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Edifecs configurations, mappings, and batch workflows.

Responsibilities

Act as Edifecs Platform Manager ensuring operational stability and scalability.
Provide technical oversight, staffing, and roadmap execution.
Collaborate with product, architecture, vendor, and business teams.
Guide architecture decisions, modernization, cloud scalability, and performance strategies.
Configure and maintain XEServer, XEngine, TPMs, SpecBuilder, and related modules.
Mentor EDI Analysts in building and optimizing Edifecs processing rules and workflows.
Analyze mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks.
Manage JVM tuning, logging, and certificate configurations.
Support deployments, environment refreshes, patches, and upgrades.
Collaborate with DevSecOps and Cloud teams.
