Job summary

Golden Grail Group seeks an Edibles Kitchen Manager to oversee the licensed cannabis edibles kitchen in Portland. You will lead operations, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive production efficiency.

You will manage planning, staffing, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver consistent product quality and traceability in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in commercial kitchen or food production settings.
• Two+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with regulated cannabis production and OLCC/METRC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily edibles kitchen operations with safety, quality, and compliance focus.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on demand and staffing.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff and ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, records, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Packaging, Warehouse, and Distribution teams.
