Golden Grail Group is seeking an Edibles Kitchen Manager to lead a licensed cannabis edibles production facility in Portland. You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and oversee production planning, inventory, and documentation in a fast-paced regulated environment.

You will mentor staff, enforce compliance with OLCC/METRC, and partner with multiple teams to maintain efficiency and batch consistency.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a solid understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and quality-control practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to manage a regulated kitchen.
• Ability to maintain accurate production and inventory records in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily edibles kitchen operations with safety, quality, compliance, productivity, cleanliness, and professional conduct.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on inventory, demand, staffing, and priorities.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff and ensure adherence to recipes and batch procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
• Maintain and document METRC activity, batch records, and inventory controls.
