Job summary

Craft Cannabis is seeking a hands-on production team member for our Massachusetts kitchen. You will measure and prep ingredients, run kitchen equipment, and demold cured products as part of daily manufacturing.

You will also package, label, restock, and maintain a clean, food-safe workstation throughout the shift. Applicants should be at least 21, have a HS diploma or GED, and 6 months to 1 year in food production or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a kitchen, food production, or manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain Massachusetts cannabis worker credentials.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prep ingredients to recipe.
• Operate kitchen equipment to bring products to life.
• Demold cured product when ready.
• Package and label to meet regulatory and brand standards.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Keep workstation clean and food-safe.
• Inspect own work and keep batch records and daily production counts.
