EDI Systems Analyst
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides support for Global EDI implementations and ensures that an electric data interchange and interface systems operate properly, adequately and meet user needs. This includes translating business requirements to technical specifications, creating test cases, performing data performance testing, and supporting the day-to-day operations of EDI, including identifying any technical problems with sending/receiving transactions. Also provides Global production support investigation and resolution. Leads projects that support a functional area and assists on other projects as defined by the IS Manager. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of EDI, EDI systems and communications protocols [AS2, VAN, (S)FTP, HTTP(S)], and a sound understanding of business practices. Develops and executes detailed project plans.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with the NIST CSF and Hallmark Standards, ensure adherence to policies and processes to remain in compliance for maintenance, security continuous monitoring and recovery areas including Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Vulnerability & Patch Management, Data Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
