Job summary

Evermark is seeking a Supply Chain EDI Process Owner to ensure data accuracy across its network. The role focuses on EDI lifecycle data for 850/856/940/943/944 with external partners and ERP alignment in Business Central.

You’ll lead onboarding of contract manufacturers, co-packers, and 3PLs, drive data quality across shipments and receipts, and partner with IT to resolve defects with clear handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–7 years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management in a CPG/FMCG or food & beverage environment.
• Working knowledge of EDI transaction sets (850, 856, 940, 943, 944).
• Experience with contract manufacturers, co-packers, and 3PLs.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and communicate with partners and IT.
• Ownership mentality and accountability for supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EDI data accuracy across the network (850, 856, 940, 943, 944).
• Monitor daily transaction flow in PartnerLinQ for errors and variances.
• Reconcile shipment/receiving data against ERP inventory balances.
• Serve as primary contact for manufacturers, co-packers, and 3PLs on data issues.
• Set data accuracy SLAs and drive corrective actions for chronic offenders.
• Onboard new partners, define data requirements, and validate go-live in ERP.
• Triage data discrepancies and escalate to IT with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with receiving, inventory control, and finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain logs of known issues, workarounds, and resolved defects.
