McLeod Software in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Core EDI Services Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering EDI support and implementations. You will drive customer satisfaction, coaching, and process improvements while ensuring SOP compliance and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in EDI or related software industries, leadership experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and with customers. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in EDI, transportation, or the software industry; or a high school diploma/equivalent with 9+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of EDI is required.
• Previous management experience or at least one year in a Team Lead role is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistent Raptor checks/monitoring to ensure timely issue resolution and SOP compliance.
• Facilitate recurring EDI team meetings to maintain motivation, ownership, responsibilities, skills.
• Hold 1:1 meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and coach.
• Provide growth opportunities within the EDI team and for individual skills.
• Communicate with customers and internal resources as escalation point.
• Document all information for the team knowledge base.
• Balance workload distribution among team members.
• Oversee daily time entries approved by Team Leads.
• Evaluate performance and provide daily coaching.
• Attend customer meetings with team to observe and coach.
• Communicate best practices, processes, and expectations.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Foster cross-team communication for better customer experiences.
• Coordinate and oversee new hire training.
• Facilitate interviews and recommend decisions to Director.
• Primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
• Manage PTO requests and scheduling.
• Manage returns and order amendments.
• Coordinate monthly team training sessions.
