Job summary

DXC Technology Company seeks a skilled EDI Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of trading partners using Sterling SB2Bi. You will configure partner profiles, develop workflows, and perform end-to-end testing to ensure accurate data exchanges.

Responsibilities include production support for EDI transactions, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents while meeting SLAs. Collaboration across application support and integration teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B/EDI integration using Sterling SB2Bi.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience onboarding and supporting trading partner integrations in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of trading partners using Sterling SB2Bi and configure partner profiles.
• Develop and manage EDI integration workflows and test end-to-end scenarios.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for EDI issues, mappings, and data translation.
• Monitor data flows, troubleshoot connectivity, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for onboarding and incident management.
