Design, develop, and maintain Sterling Integrator / B2B Integrator (IB2BI) Business Processes (BPs), service configurations, adapters, and routing rules to support end‑to‑end EDI integrations.
Build new maps and update existing maps using Sterling Map Editor, ensuring accurate translation between EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, flat files, and IDocs.
Configure and manage Trading Partner setups, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN, OFTP2), and document routing in SI.
Troubleshoot complex SI processes, including failures in pipelines, document routing, service calls, communications, queues, and maps.
Monitor system logs, message flows, BP logs, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve integration issues.
Work closely with business teams and ERP support teams (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.) to analyze EDI‑related issues and deliver accurate, timely fixes.
Manage new partner onboarding, including requirement gathering, mapping development, connectivity testing, and production cutover.
Support all EDI translation and document flow across multiple protocols and formats, maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Create and maintain documentation for BPs, maps, partner setups, and other artifacts.
Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth EDI operations across the enterprise.
