Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking an experienced EDI Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of trading partners using Sterling SB2Bi. You will configure partner profiles, manage EDI workflows, and perform end-to-end testing to ensure reliable data exchange.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams. The position involves production support, incident management, and ensuring SLA adherence while working ET hours and

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with EDI onboarding and integration.
Strong business analysis and application support capabilities.
Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDocs).

Responsibilities

Onboard and integrate trading partners using Sterling SB2Bi.
Configure trading partner profiles, envelopes, and communications.
Develop and manage EDI workflows for data exchange.
Perform end-to-end integration testing with trading partners.
Promote validated configurations to production environments.
Provide EDI and technical support, troubleshooting data translation and connectivity.
Monitor data flows and ensure successful transmissions.
Manage AS2, FTPS, and VAN communication protocols with certificates.
Collaborate with business teams and vendors to resolve EDI challenges.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
