Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or order processing.
• Thorough knowledge of EDI data structures.
• Experience with ERP systems such as A2000 is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Entering purchase orders into the system.
• EDI purchase orders 850's and 860's.
• Allocating merchandise and coordinate with warehouse.
• Billing and invoicing.
• Sending out EDI Ship Notices (ASN 856) and EDI Invoices (810).
• Instructions to the warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse pick-ups and various customers.
