Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO is seeking an EDI Coordinator to join the ERP Admin team. You will manage and support IFS ERP and other business applications, ensuring smooth operation and optimizing efficiency.

Responsibilities include setting up EDI maps, testing, onboarding trading partners, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments. A BS in CS/MIS is preferred; 3+ years ERP and 2+ years EDI experience required. Cleo experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of ERP experience with mid-to-large scale ERP platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years with EDI experience, including trading partner onboarding.
• BS degree in CS, MIS, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with Cleo EDI is a plus and familiarity with ANSI X12/EDIFACT.

Responsibilities

• Setup, testing, and maintenance of EDI maps and trading partnerships.
• Monitor daily reports and errors for transformations and data communications.
• Assist with onboarding of new trading partners and EDI transactions.
• Analyze EDI implementation guides and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance teams.
