The role emphasizes hands-on operational monitoring, report generation from the existing AIX/Rocket Universe system, and staff assistance without software development. You'll query the database to pull reports, troubleshoot issues, and support onboarding, backups, and vendor renewals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to query a database with provided training.
• Know-how of PC hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, escalate when needed.
• Clear communicator who explains technical issues to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve daily EDI/order operations issues.
• Review and resolve morning EDI order-conversion exceptions.
• Coordinate daily file transfers with partners.
• Triage EDI errors and coordinate corrections with trading partners.
• Query the database directly to look up records for investigations.
• Compile and distribute recurring monthly reports from database.
• Review vendor invoices with Accounting.
• Support month-end backups and renewal cycles.
