Job summary

Avnet in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to optimize ERP platforms and drive scalable enterprise solutions. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-integrated improvements.

You will work on SAP MM, procurement and supply chain workflows, applying AI-enabled process improvements and automation to improve efficiency and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in Business Systems Analysis or ERP support.
• Experience with SAP MM and procurement or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify additions or changes to systems, interfaces, and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into documented system requirements for design.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to address system problems.
• Develop and analyze system functional requirements aligned with end-to-end processes.
• Test software or applications and coordinate pre-launch validation.
• Support change management activities and continuous improvement.
