Morris & Dickson is seeking an EDI Analyst I to support customer data exchanges with retail pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare customers. The role blends EDI support, business systems analysis, customer configuration, and troubleshooting to keep data moving accurately.

You'll configure integrations, monitor transactions, and work with customers and internal teams to translate requirements and resolve issues. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in IT support or related field.
• Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfort working with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with software applications or data environments.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain customer EDI connections and data exchange.
• Support integrations for healthcare customers (retail pharmacy, hospital).
• Monitor EDI transactions, investigate failures, and drive resolution.
• Gather and translate technical requirements from customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and IT to resolve needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
• Support testing and validation for new implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
