Qualifications

• All Levels: Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Analyst: 2+ years supporting business systems, tech solutions, or operational processes with HIPAA familiarity preferred.
• Senior Analyst: 4+ years in complex system implementations and leadership with HIPAA and healthcare data knowledge.

Responsabilités

• All Levels: Design, maintain, and enhance EDI systems and processes to ensure compliant healthcare data exchange and improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Analyst: Deliver EDI support, production troubleshooting, and assist with system enhancements and testing.
• Sr Analyst: Lead complex EDI projects, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements.
