Amcor EDGE Technical Development Program seeks new graduates for a structured two-year rotation into future manufacturing and technical leadership roles. You will receive onboarding, mentorship, hands-on experience with processes, and project leadership opportunities across the Amcor Flexibles North America network.

You will develop skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, participate in safety and GMP training, and move toward a full-time engineering role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering as listed.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and the two-year technical development program.
• Receive mentorship from manufacturing and engineering leaders.
• Gain hands-on manufacturing experience across processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
