Qualifications

• BS degree in EE, CE, or CS required.
• 3+ years of experience with complex server, storage or network server designs.
• 3+ years of experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, functional test procedures and operational repair plans.
• 3+ years of experience with debug and root cause analysis of PCIe, memory, storage subsystems or networking.
• 1+ years of advanced support experience managing customer escalations in a large scale production environment.
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Solve systemic issues and drive changes to scale and operate infrastructure at the Edge and Data Center.
• Collaborate with compute, memory, storage, PCIe experts to deliver best customer experience in cloud computing.
• Interface with vendors and ODM/JDM design teams to develop and manufacture product at scale.
