Job summary

Arm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive Edge AI CPU strategy across Physical IP, market positioning, and strategic customer success. You will collaborate with CPU Engineering, Solution Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executives to influence direction and strengthen Arm's leadership in Edge AI compute.

The role requires leading end-to-end lifecycle for Physical IP products, translating market insights into engineering requirements, and shaping roadmaps with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in EE/CE/CS; 8+ years in PM/strategy in semiconductors.
• Experience leading semiconductor IP, CPU, SoC products lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for Physical IP products developed within Solution Engineering (SE).
• Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, technology trends, and Arm's CPU roadmap.
• Translate market and customer insights into engineering requirements and product priorities.
• Develop cases, commercial justifications, and investment recommendations to support roadmap decisions.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to balance customer value, feasibility, schedules, and business goals.
