Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States seeks a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the Physical Intelligence software roadmap, bridging hardware, software and AI to create scalable software products, SDKs, and developer tools across business units and customer teams.

You will own a multi-year strategy, engage with customers and internal partners, drive rapid prototyping, and guide ecosystem integrations with AI toolchains and edge runtimes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture experience bringing complex HW/SW/AI products to market.
• Deep technical understanding of Physical Intelligence, Edge AI, robotics, simulation environments, and developer toolchains.
• Track record of productizing high-touch solutions into reusable software products and SDKs.
• Ability to architect designs, drive POCs with engineering teams, and validate concepts with customers.
• Proven influence across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Robotics; Master’s or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product roadmap for ADI’s Physical Intelligence software stack and translate requirements into scalable products.
• Engage with customers, BUs, and FDEs to map problems to ADI’s technology stack.
• Lead rapid prototyping and PoC iterations to validate workflows and viability.
• Position PI offerings within the ecosystem by integrating with simulation frameworks and AI toolchains.
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and field teams to deliver market-ready PI products.
