Analog Devices, Inc. in California is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and lead the productization roadmap for our Physical Intelligence software stack.

You will bridge engineering, research, and customer teams to turn AI, hardware, and software advances into scalable commercial products. You will own the multi-year roadmap, engage with customers and internal BUs, drive rapid POC work, and coordinate with edge AI initiatives to deliver SDKs, developer tools, and simulation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture.
• Deep technical understanding of Physical Intelligence, Edge AI, robotics, and simulation environments.
• Productization track record for HW/SW/AI into commercial software and SDKs.
• Ability to architect high-level designs and drive technical POCs with engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence across engineering, research, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product roadmap for ADI’s Physical Intelligence software stack.
• Engage directly with customers, BUs, and Forward Deployed Engineers to map challenges to the technology stack.
• Drive rapid POC implementations to validate workflows and technical viability.
• Position PI offerings within the ecosystem by integrating with simulation frameworks, AI toolchains, and edge runtimes.
• Coordinate between research, core engineering, and field execution to deliver a market-ready PI product.
