Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of Keysight EDA solutions within design and verification flows. You will collaborate with hardware designers to optimize design workflows and deliver integrated outcomes, supported by our EDA experts.

Strong communication and project management are essential, with a focus on customer success. Ideal candidates have deep RF/Microwave knowledge, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to work across distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RFIC/MMIC/Module, RF System, or Applications Engineering.
• Knowledge of RF/Microwave design and ESL concepts.
• Experience with Keysight EDA tools: ADS, SystemVue.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand Keysight EDA solutions within design and verification flows.
• Prioritize ongoing design and technical activities; articulate flows, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop success plans and execute to elevate software adoption.
• Use Project Management skills to manage priority initiatives and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and maximize value.
