Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Clinical Program Manager to oversee nursing resources, workflows, and programs delivering high-quality patient care in the ED Trauma Services setting.

You will develop and implement clinical program services and quality initiatives, hire and train nursing staff, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team while monitoring budgets and compliance to support operational performance.

Qualifications

• RN licensed by Texas Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical program manager activities, nursing resources, and workflows to deliver quality patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical program services and quality initiatives to improve safety and outcomes.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate nursing staff while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor documentation, budgets, and expenditures to ensure compliance and efficient resource use.
