Job summary

Qualifications

• ER experience required.
• Must be highly organized and able to work with Excel spreadsheets.
• RN licensed in Texas; BSN preferred.
• BLS, TNCC/ATCN, ENPC, ACLS, PALS; CEN or TCRN preferred.
• Complete TOPIC course and AAAM Introduction to AIS course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a resource and consultant to all patient care areas regarding care of the trauma patient.
• Coordinates trauma care services to ensure compliance with trauma center designated standards.
• Coordinates continuing educational trauma care activities for the hospital.
• Assists in staffing as needed and takes rotating manager call.
