Job summary

Ascension is seeking an experienced ED Nursing leader in Austin, TX, at Dell Seton Medical Center. The role focuses on QA/QAPI initiatives, analyzing clinical metrics, and guiding operational decisions to improve trauma outcomes in a high-volume Level 1 center.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
• RN credentialing with Texas Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives across the ED.
• Analyze clinical metrics to optimize patient outcomes and trauma metrics.
• Lead process improvement projects to streamline ED throughput and efficiency.
• Serve as strategic clinical advisor to ED management and senior leadership.
