Qualifications

• Six (6) months of related experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, CNA, or Medical Assistant with relevant certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification (CA) required or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment under supervision.
• Handle vital signs, EKGs, heights and weights as directed.
• Assist with patient transport, seating, and discharge processes.
• Support physicians and nurses with procedures and equipment setup.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices.
• Document patient care accurately in the unit records.
• Perform clerical tasks and manage supplies as needed.
