Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of patient care experience in a health care environment or related role (CNA/EMT) preferred.
• Within six months, complete online modules, phlebotomy and EKG training with 80% passing in two attempts.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN and perform multi-skilled patient care tasks to support a decentralized patient-centered approach.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKG procedures, and basic clinical skills as trained.
• Ensure compliance with BLS requirements and hospital policies.
