Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Eagle, Idaho, seeks an Emergency Department Technician for the Eagle ED. This fast-paced, trauma-focused team values learnability and teamwork. The role supports CNAs under the RN, collects specimens, and handles patient identification and transport.

Hours are 7pm–7:30am, with 3 nights per week and flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities in a faith-based system.

Qualifications

• CNA or EMT license in Idaho or NREMT required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained at hire if not already certified.
• Six months CNA/EMT experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience and/or phlebotomy in acute care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNA-like duties under RN supervision, including patient care and safety.
• Collect blood samples and transport specimens.
• Handle clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination duties.
• Provide care to ED patients across a wide range of conditions.
