Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Eagle, Idaho, seeks an Emergency Department Tech for night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am). The role supports clinical staff under RN supervision, performs CNA-style tasks, and handles specimen transport and patient coordination.

Flexible to work 3 nights weekly, plus weekends/holidays as needed. The ideal candidate has Idaho CNA/EMT/NREMT credentials, BLS, and 6 months of CNA/EMT experience, with pediatric exposure and phlebotomy preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA license Idaho and/or EMT license Idaho and/or NREMT required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at hire in all units.
• Six months CNA/EMT experience preferred.
• Pediatric exposure and phlebotomy in acute care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at unit level under RN supervision.
• Collect blood samples and correctly identify patients; transport specimens.
• Handle related clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
