Biddeford Intermediate School is seeking a Special Education - Education Technician II to support students with special needs and reinforce classroom learning under supervision. The role includes participation in workshops and handling non-instructional tasks as needed.
The position requires Education Technician Certification from the Maine DOE and a fingerprint-based CHRC. Prior classroom experience is preferred but not mandatory, with compensation based on position, education, and contract

Certification as an Education Technician from the Maine Department of Education
Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), which includes Fingerprints on file with the Maine Department of Education
Appropriate for Ed Technician Certification Level
Successful prior classroom experience or working with students with special needs for the appropriate grade levels is preferred but not required.
Based on position, education level, experience, and per the collective bargaining agreement
Range: $21.70 - $32.67 per hour
