Responsibilities

• Collect vital signs and report unusual observations to nurse.
• Perform intake/output tasks, including specimens and Foley catheter.
• Provide activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform procedures under RN supervision and assist with ED tasks.
• Assist with patient mobility, transportation, and room setup.
• Conduct point-of-care testing and document results in EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy under provider order and nursing delegation.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and supply inventories.
