Montefiore Medical Center in Fort Lee, New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department Level I (ED). The role requires strong ED nursing competencies, AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and at least 2 years of ED experience.

Start ASAP as staff RN with day shifts and alternating weekends. The RN will lead care coordination, develop interdisciplinary plans, and ensure compliant documentation.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BS in Nursing Preferred.
• New York State RN license and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State Upon Hire Required.
• At least 2 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control & Barrier Precaution Training Upon Hire Required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates leadership in coordination and delivery of patient care.
• Coordinates an interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Assures 100% of assigned patients have a documented plan of care.
• Ensures completion of patient care assignment 100% of the time.
• Participates in daily IDT rounds to provide concise direction to care teams.
