Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care within the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-focused care and must possess strong critical thinking and communication skills.

The RN is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice, evaluating patient responses, and facilitating an interdisciplinary approach in patient care management.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license in New York State with at least 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse New York State License required.
• 2 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department.
• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
