Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years registration experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility, ER or high-volume outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of medical insurance products, benefits, authorization and copay collection.
• Proficiency with Flowcast scheduling and EPIC ED application preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance in a fast-paced, 24/7 Emergency Department.
• Ensure patient safety, compliance, and accurate revenue capture.
• Coordinate referrals and maintain visit documentation with Flowcast/EPIC ED.
