Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Ability to pass required training within two attempts or less.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographics, insurance, and other information.
• Engage patients throughout registration to create a welcoming experience in person or by phone.
• Ensure referring providers' orders are complete and match the appointment scheduled.
• Obtain a new order prior to test/treatment if order is incomplete or inaccurate.
