Job summary

Qualifications

• One year previous work experience.
• AB508 Training within three months.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Understanding of EMTALA and triage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interview patient to obtain required identifying data for registration.
• Complete registration with accurate demographic data and MSE compliance.
• Perform insurance verification after MSE and obtain authorization for treatment.
• Obtain signatures on registration forms and scan documents.
• Update accounts with insurance information and notices in FUS.
