Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in California's San Rafael Emergency Department is seeking an ED Registration Clerk. This part-time role reports to the Department Manager or designee.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months hospital/clerical or medical office experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients to the ED in a professional, courteous manner.
• Accurate check-in/check-out, information capture and revenue collection per procedures.
• Knowledge of the medical center to assist patients with questions and concerns.
