Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Registration Clerk for the night shift to register patients for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services and to verify insurance coverage and benefits.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, collecting payments professionally and ensuring that all transactions comply with hospital policies. Join a compassionate, patient‑centered team where accurate data entry, strong customer service, and teamwork support timely care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or GED preferred. One or two years of college preferred.
• Experience: One-year experience in a hospital setting with public contact work preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: N/A
• Skills: Proficient with computers and excellent customer service skills.

• Register patients for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services according to policy and procedure.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients presenting to the facility for service and collect monies due to facility.
