Vitruvian Health is seeking a Registration Clerk to register patients for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services, and to verify insurance coverage and benefits. You will be the first point of contact, collecting payments and directing patients to the correct departments.
The role requires basic education, comfort with computers, and strong customer service skills. Prior hospital exposure is preferred and medical terminology knowledge is beneficial.

The Registration Clerk is responsible for registering patients for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services according to policy and procedure established by the hospital as well as verifying all insurance coverage and benefits. Serves as the first point of contact for patients presenting to the facility for service. Must professionally and courteously collect monies due to facility.
