Hartford Hospital is seeking a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner to advance learner competence and growth. As a Registered Nurse with NPD expertise, you will influence education, transition to practice, and onboarding for Hartford HealthCare colleagues.

Collaborating with Emergency Department leadership, you will foster competency management, standardize practice, and lead clinical education initiatives in one of the region's busiest EDs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; MSN enrollment with completion within 2 years.
• Current Connecticut nursing license; BLS certification.
• Clinical competence; teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and support learners within Nursing Professional Development scope.
• Collaborate with Emergency Department leadership to standardize practice.
• Promote competency development and onboarding for Hartford HealthCare colleagues.
