Hartford Hospital seeks a Nursing Professional Development practitioner to support learner growth within the Nursing Professional Development framework. You will influence competency development, onboarding, and ongoing education in collaboration with ED leadership.

The role advances practice excellence across Hartford HealthCare and supports transformation of education and policy standards in a busy, high-acuity ED setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; one degree must be in Nursing.
• Master's program enrollment with degree completion within two years of hire.
• Current Connecticut nursing license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support learners within Nursing Professional Development, applying ANA standards.
• Collaborate with Emergency Department nursing leadership to foster competency management and onboarding.
• Promote practice excellence and education across Hartford HealthCare.
