You will collaborate with ED leadership to support onboarding, policy standardization, and professional development, contributing to Hartford HealthCare system-wide excellence.

The role emphasizes clinical teaching, leadership development, and participation in advanced simulation and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, enrolled in a Master’s program with degree completion within two years of hire date; one degree must be in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of appropriate recent experience in an acute care setting; one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Current Connecticut nursing license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support learners within the context and framework of Nursing Professional Development, Scope and Standards.
• Collaborate with Emergency Department nursing leadership to foster competency management and onboarding.
• Promote practice excellence and alignment with Hartford HealthCare system goals.
