Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department in Aiken, SC. This leadership role requires a strong background in emergency nursing and management to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead the ED nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and foster professional development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Proven management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current SC RN license with CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Proficient in fiscal management and HR management; strong independent work and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Emergency Department nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, optimizing resources.
• Lead HR practices within the department.
• Promote continuous improvement and staff development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and efficiency.
