Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Current Ohio pharmacist license
• ASHP accredited residency or equivalent ED experience preferred
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Pharmacy Board Certifications or other certifications
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Dispense and compound medications and provide drug therapy management
• Counsel patients on medications and health topics
• Interpret prescriptions and ensure safe, effective therapy
• Precept students and residents and provide educational programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health‑care professionals
