Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• 3 years of nursing experience.
• Active KY Registered Nurse License is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• If not already certified, BLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit-level activities to support nursing care delivery.
• Lead QA/PI initiatives and develop improvement action plans.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and standardize patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
