The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, an active KY RN license, ACLS and BLS certification, and at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 3+ years nursing leadership experience.
• Active KY RN license and ACLS certification.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assumes entry-level clinical leadership for nursing care team operations.
• Coordinates unit-level activities to support evidence-based care and patient outcomes.
• Identifies and collaborates on process improvement at care-team and organizational levels.
• Participates in leadership activities to ensure quality, safe continuity of care.
• Promotes best practices and evidence-based nursing within the unit.
• Supports development of interdisciplinary patient plans of care.
