Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Software and Electrical Validation Manager in Mount Vernon, WA to lead verification/validation of vehicle and powertrain systems in a HIL lab and in-field testing. You will manage a team of validation engineers, partner with senior management, and oversee department budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for quality as you drive validation speed and accuracy across PACCAR’s truck programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project/process management and leadership.
• Experience leading engineering teams and budgets.
• Experience with portfolio management and quality initiatives.
