Job summary

Safilo is seeking a Finance Business Partner to sit at the table where commercial decisions are made. You will own the ECP channel P&L, challenge numbers behind proposals, and provide Sales leadership with clear, actionable insights to invest where returns are real.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or business controlling experience, ideally in consumer goods or multi-customer environments.
Proven track record as a business partner to Sales or Commercial teams, including exposure to trade terms and incentive schemes.
Strong analytical rigor with the ability to explain complex economics in plain business language.
Comfortable in a matrix, multinational organization and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the ECP channel, translating commercial ambition into credible numbers.
Run the channel P&L end to end: net sales, gross margin, trade spend and direct costs; explain variances and action them.
Evaluate commercial terms, rebates, discounts, promotions and incentive programs; model economics before signing.
Partner with Sales on incentives, quota setting, and cost-to-serve analyses for U.S. hires.
Lead monthly close with Accounting: accruals, rebates and provisions; ensure accuracy of reported numbers.
Build financial models, scenario analyses and executive-ready presentations to support pricing moves and strategy.
